Combine olive oil, lemon juice, dill, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl and pour into a shallow dish. Pat dry salmon filets and place skin-side up in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Arrange salmon filets skin-side down in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 8-11 minutes. If using the Total Chef 7-in-1 Air Fryer, select the pre-set "Fish" function or set the time and temperature using the digital controls.
Remove from heat and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute. Garnish with an extra squeeze of lemon juice on top and serve with a garden salad or your favorite seasonal vegetables.
