Top off a romantic dinner for two with this simple yet indulgent triple chocolate mousse for two
You Will Need
Two small jars or glasses for serving
1 cup dark (70% cocoa) chocolate, finely chopped or chips
2/3 cup white chocolate, finely chopped or chips
2/3 milk chocolate, finely chopped or chips
1 cup boiling water
2 egg whites
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Place boiling water and dark, white, and milk chocolate in your blender and process until melted and smooth.
- Add egg whites and process until combined, followed by heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Separate mixture into two serving glasses (it would look beautiful in a crystal wine glass!) and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
- Serve as is or topped with a dollop of whipped cream, curls of grated chocolate, or a few pieces of caramel popcorn.
