- Whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic in the slow cooker insert. Add beef slices and toss to coat.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours on low heat.
- After 4 hours, whisk cornstarch and water in small bowl. Add cornstarch mixture and broccoli florets to the slow cooker and gently stir to combine.
- Cover and cook 30 minutes on low until broccoli is tender and sauce is thickened. Serve on a bed of warm white rice.
