You Will Need
Slow cooker (at least 5 qt)
Medium mixing bowl
Mixing spoon
Measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients
3 lbs baby back pork ribs
1 bottle (approx. 2 cups) of your favorite barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
3 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and oregano in bowl and mix well.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker. Pour sauce evenly over ribs and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
- Spoon sauce from the bottom over the slow cooker over the ribs and serve hot!
